Chefs will learn to prepare the classic American dishes from scratch with variations to make it their own.

These meals provide the opportunity to learn measuring skills and cooking techniques to be used at home for delicious breakfast creations. J

This camp will include advanced recipes and techniques for teens to explore popular cuisines from around the world.
July 6-10th • Pizza, Pasta & Salads10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Learn to make home-made pastas, pizza dough and delicious salads.
July 13-17th • Classic Comfort Foods10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Younger chefs will learn to make some of the classics: lasagna, macaroni and cheese, meatloaf and other American favorites.
July 20-24th • Pizza, Pasta & Salads10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Teen chefs get a turn to make various home-made pastas, flatbreads, salads and more.
July 27-31 • Cooking With Science10 a.m. -2 p.m.
A fun week where the chemistry of cooking is explored through recipes and activities that show how ingredients react with each other.
