Where/How do I register for a cooking class?

Do I need to bring anything with me to the class?

You do not need to bring anything with you.  We supply printed recipe handouts for our classes as well as aprons.

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages to a cooking class?

YES, we accept beer and wine. If you would like to bring something else, please contact us and ask

Do you sell Cooking Class Gift Certificates and in what increments?

Yes. Gift cards are available in any increment. They can be purchased online, over the phone (813) 328-4122 or in the store.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?

Do you offer Kids or Teens cooking classes?

Yes. Kids’ classes are for 8-11, Teens classes are 12+, we also offer activities for younger kids. Contact us for more information

How much do I get to eat?

During our demonstration classes you will taste a healthy sampling of everything made in class. In our Hands On classes you will get the equivalent of a full meal with four courses: Appetizer, Main Course, Side Dish(es) and Dessert.

Are these classes for beginners?

Our classes are intended for all levels of participants from beginners to experts. In each class, besides the recipes from that day, you will learn many tips and techniques for cooking.

What is the dress attire when attending a cooking class?

We recommend close-toed shoes are worn and long hair is pulled back when the class is a Hands-On class.

Do you tip the instructor?

Tipping is not required for any of our in-store cooking classes, but it is very much appreciated it.

What is the format of your public classes?

Classes are hands-on and full participation. Students practice techniques demonstrated by our instructors and prepare menu items.

How long are the classes?

In-store classes are 2 to 2½ hours in length unless otherwise noted.
