To register for a class, use our class calendar to sign up online and pay with a credit/debit card. If you have a gift card for payment, please email us at INFO@albrechtmarketing.com with your name, desired class, phone number, zip code and gift card number to register.
If you don’t see it on our calendar, just ask or make a recommendation. Chef AJ and his team are always open to new ideas.
- We supply everything you need for a fun and delicious meal, including food ingredients, fun instructor, set up, and clean up. Feel free to bring in your beer and wine. For other kinds of alcoholic beverages, please get in touch with us.

We understand that life happens, and emergencies do occur. However, we also hope you understand our commitment to all of our students and the preparation that goes into creating a successful class. For this reason, we ask that if you cannot attend a class, you must notify us seven days before the scheduled class time to receive a refund or credit towards another class. Within seven days of a class, all cancellations are non-refundable. We encourage you to send someone to your place if you cannot attend a scheduled class. In this case, please call ahead and notify us of the participant change.
If AJ’s Kitchen Drawer needs to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be notified 24 hours before the class and given the option of attending the rescheduled class, credit for another class, or a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to the chef’s illness or insufficient enrollment and will give you 24 hours of notice if this is the case. Likewise, if we cancel a class due to inclement weather, we will notify you as soon as that decision is made and fully refund your registration; but if we hold a class, there will be no refunds due to the weather.
