AJ's Kitchen Drawer
• Appetizer: Sesame tuna tartare with a wasabi foam, Japanese mayonnaise, and bonito flakes
• Main Course: Seared Shrimp & Scallops on toasted fried rice with a sweet pepper soy glaze sweet glaze
• Salad: Elevated Asian slaw with charred scallions, daikon crisps, and a peanut ginger dressing
• Dessert:Personal Matcha lava cake with a raspberry and red currant syrup
This class is for demonstration only. Participants will not be instructed to cook but will be able to eat the four courses prepared for you. Please arrive on time, classes will start no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled time. We do not serve alcohol in the classes however you are welcome to bring anything you’d like to enjoy during the class. Classes will run for about 2 hours plus extra time to enjoy your meal.
